1. About Sample: How could I get a sample?
We will send samples you order after we receive your payment for samples and express delivery cost (Freight collect is available. The prices of the samples are 10% extra on the pricelist. When you want samples, please firstly inform us what your requirements are
2. About Price: could I get your pricelist?
Yes, please tell us the products ( with their model number ), quantity you are interested in, then we will offer the price by e-mail.
3. About Shipment: what kind of shipment will you use?
We usually ship the products by boat via our shipping agent, we can ship the products to any place of the world. shipping by air can be used to delivery a few samples under the urgent situation or what customer requests. Air freight cost will be covered by customers.
4. About OEM: could we place order by OEM style to produce our own brand products in your factory?
Of course you can if you can accept our MOQ. Welcome to do OEM. Tell us what you need and send us your artworks.
5. About Payment Terms: How we arrange payment?
two kinds of payment:
T/T: Telegraphic Transfer (wire transfer), 30% down payment, balance upon fax of the bill of lading. or
L/C: Letter of Credit.

6. About Lead Time: How soon we can get the shipment?
we will arrange production after confirmation of the order and payment. Generally four weeks after payment and all final artworks are confirmed, even shortly. It depends on the actual quantity. Booking shipment will take less than 7 days. shipping time depend on the destination place.
7. About MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity): what is the minimum order quantity?
usually 1 x 20ft container, LCL allowed. But not fixed. The actual MOQ is available upon inquirying.
8. About placing order. how to place an order.
email order details to sales@generalmachine.cn, including model number of products, quantity, special notes, destination port (we need it to calculate the shipping cost) if CIF, selling countries (different countries have different power plugs and other restriction), consignee's contact information including detail address and phone fax number and email address, notify party, etc.
